Service Description

Purchase Three Sessions for $300 at the Check-In fixed rate of $100 + fees before it returns to the standard $150 per hour price. Over the course of SIX weeks, you will meet with me individually three times, have access to resources, and develop an emotional wellness plan. If you are someone constantly showing up for others, how do you show up for yourself? This emotional wellness plan is to provide you with a momentary window of safety, support, and coping skills. Give yourself permission to gain support customized just for you. [3 - 60 minute Single Sessions Commitment]

Cancellation Policy

Please be on time to all appointments. If you will be late, notify the COACH in advance. If you will miss an appointment, notify the COACH at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed without 24 hours’ notice will only be rescheduled at the COACH’s discretion. All sessions must be completed within SIX WEEKS of your start date. The CLIENT is responsible for the payment of the bundle regardless of unscheduled appointments.
